As main agents for "Benson Heating Ltd", "Robert Gordon Ltd " and "Schwank (UK) Ltd", all world leaders in the manufacture of industrial and commercial heating, cooling and air movement systems, we are able to offer a complete project package from conceptual design through to project handover with after sales service and guaranteed maintenance contracts. All work is carried out by in-house fully trained ACS registered technicians and engineers. In addition to our after sales service contracts we also offer preventative maintenance contracts on clients existing systems. We also offer a 24 hour emergency call out service, seven days a week 52 weeks a year.

Generally our scope of design, supply installation commissioning and maintenance will encompass the following activites.

· Supply of skilled personnel and materials in order to design and install heating and hot / cold water systems associated with Industrial and Commercial building projects. Typical examples being the supply and installation of fan coil units and pipework to the “Marriott Hotels” in Solihull andd York.

Another example would be for the supply of skilled personnel and materials associated with the installation of heating and hot / cold water systems to 26 apartments, 4 penthouses and 4 retail outlet units at the new “Casartelli Building” in Liverpool City Centre. This project also involved the supply and installation of natural gas and boosted cold water pipework throughout the building.

Presently we carry out breakdown maintenance, repairs and servicing of heating and cooling systems for more than 2,000 clients.

This work can involve fault finding, overhaul and servicing of industrial heating and cooling systems plus the routine maintenance of equipment of a scheduled service contract basis.
